💼 About This Role

You'll own and stand up the end-to-end shipping and warehousing function, designing warehouse layouts and integrating a WMS with our ERP. Your core impact will be moving materials to project sites accurately, quickly, and cost-effectively. You'll drive continuous process improvement in a high-performance environment at the leading commercial rooftop solar developer.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Evaluate and recommend warehouse locations using network and cost modeling.
• Lead WMS creation in existing ERP by defining master data and workflows.
• Create inventory, shipment and warehousing dashboards and reports.
• Build routing guide and carrier/3PL playbook for parcel, LTL, FTL.

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years in logistics/warehousing with hands-on warehouse layout or WMS implementation.
• Demonstrated success starting a warehouse or shipping operation.
• WMS implementation/administration experience with RF/barcoding and carrier compliance.
• Strong Excel; familiarity with SQL/Power BI or similar.
