As a Technical Account Manager at Legion, you'll serve as a trusted advisor to customers, helping them achieve technical goals and maximize platform value. You'll guide system optimization, coordinate issue resolution, and drive feature adoption while building strong relationships in a fast-paced startup environment.

Requirements

  • 3+ years Technical Account Management or relevant experience
  • Experience managing multiple stakeholders and competing priorities
  • Strong root cause diagnostic capabilities
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Technical understanding of integration platforms (Workato preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Serve as dedicated technical resource for assigned accounts
  • Act as product expert, providing guidance and best practices
  • Oversee and coordinate customer support tickets and escalations
  • Manage readiness for new product features and releases
  • Run regular customer meetings to review issues and initiatives
