You'll own the heartbeat of our office as we scale from 50 to 100+ employees, crafting an exceptional workplace experience with full agency. You'll drive daily operations, internal events, and a major office move, directly supporting our #1 goal: build the best team. You'll be a builder in a high-impact, product-first culture backed by Sequoia.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage groceries, supplies, and office maintenance
• Coordinate weekly team lunches and tech setup for all-hands
• Lead end-to-end office move for 100+ employees
• Organize internal events: monthly drinks, quarterly dinners, offsites

📋 Requirements

• Event planning experience or office move experience
• Perfect English fluency
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Ease with ambiguity in fast-paced startup environments
