🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and build scalable, low-latency backend services
• Develop distributed and asynchronous systems ensuring reliability
• Optimize performance across JVM, databases, caching, and networking
• Apply security best practices for PII and financial transactions

📋 Requirements

• Proven experience in FinTech or financial domains
• Advanced knowledge of Java Core and Spring framework
• Proficiency with SQL databases and performance optimization
• Experience with event-driven architecture using Kafka

• Knowledge of JVM performance optimization
• Experience with No-SQL databases
• Knowledge of in-memory cache solutions
