Description
You will partner with the SVP of Partner Sales to drive go-to-market execution, including organizational design, forecasting, pipeline management, and quota setting. You'll build dashboards, manage partner tools, and collaborate cross-functionally to optimize processes and drive New ARR growth.
Requirements
- 3+ years experience working with channel partners or in operations
- Expertise in Salesforce, Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets
- Detail knowledge of processes and experience executing complex operations
- Effective communicator and self-starter with problem-solving skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Responsibilities
- Run operating cadence within partner organization including QBRs, forecast calls and pipeline reviews
- Build business performance dashboards to track Partner KPIs and measure program effectiveness
- Develop business requirements and collaborate with IT to implement SFDC enhancements and partner tools
- Lead planning initiatives with quota setting, territory development, and coverage modeling
- Optimize business processes to streamline partner onboarding and renewals
