Description

You will partner with the SVP of Partner Sales to drive go-to-market execution, including organizational design, forecasting, pipeline management, and quota setting. You'll build dashboards, manage partner tools, and collaborate cross-functionally to optimize processes and drive New ARR growth.

Requirements

  • 3+ years experience working with channel partners or in operations
  • Expertise in Salesforce, Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets
  • Detail knowledge of processes and experience executing complex operations
  • Effective communicator and self-starter with problem-solving skills
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Responsibilities

  • Run operating cadence within partner organization including QBRs, forecast calls and pipeline reviews
  • Build business performance dashboards to track Partner KPIs and measure program effectiveness
  • Develop business requirements and collaborate with IT to implement SFDC enhancements and partner tools
  • Lead planning initiatives with quota setting, territory development, and coverage modeling
  • Optimize business processes to streamline partner onboarding and renewals
