Description

You'll lead the strategy and delivery of internal data products, focusing on telemetry and product adoption signals to empower product and engineering teams with actionable insights. You will own the product vision, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive adoption of data-as-a-product across MongoDB.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience with at least 2 years in data products/platforms
• Strong technical foundation in data engineering, analytics, and modern data architecture (e.g., lakehouses, medallion architecture)
• Experience working with advanced engineering teams and understanding of software development lifecycle
• Ability to balance quick wins with long-term innovation and prioritize data product features
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap for internal data products
• Partner with Product & Technology teams to capture requirements and build data solutions
• Define metrics and KPIs to measure product success and track market trends
• Create user-friendly documentation and guides to drive adoption and data literacy
• Manage agile processes including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives
