Requirements

• Medical degree (MD, DO) or master's/PhD in health sciences
• Clinical experience, peer-reviewed publications, or public health project involvement
• Fluency in German
• Clear, metacognitive communication skills
• Expertise in internal medicine, pharmacology, pathology, or related fields

Responsibilities

• Converse with AI on clinical scenarios and theoretical medical questions
• Verify factual accuracy and logical soundness of model responses
• Capture reproducible error traces
• Suggest improvements to prompt engineering and evaluation metrics
• Document failure modes to harden model reasoning
