• Manage tenant needs and building technical staff responses.
• Direct lease administration and coordinate tenant move-ins/outs.
• Prepare annual budgets and monthly financial reports.
• Oversee vendor contracts and procurement activities.

📋 Requirements

• 5-8 years of relevant experience in property management.
• Real Estate License where required by local regulation.
• Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
• Proficiency with AP and CMMS systems.

✨ Nice to Have

• Bachelor's Degree.
• Professional designation (RPA, CPM, CCIM).
• Knowledge of Yardi, MRI, or Kardin.
