Requirements

  • 7+ years experience in Customer Success, Technical Account Management, or similar customer-centric role for a technical product
  • 4+ years experience managing a book of business for Global 2000 customers
  • Ability to act autonomously and take full ownership of customer portfolio
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and team player with strong collaboration skills
  • Bilingual English and German

Responsibilities

  • Act as strategic advisor to customers on MongoDB best practices and technology strategy
  • Proactively identify and mitigate technical risks for complex accounts
  • Facilitate resolution of high-stakes customer challenges and identify expansion opportunities
  • Lead in-person executive business reviews with C-suite executives
  • Build and execute account plans to mitigate risk and drive growth
