Description

You will lead the Materials Management team within SpaceX's supply chain, ensuring material flow efficiency and inventory accuracy to support rocket and spacecraft manufacturing. This role involves managing daily operations, driving continuous improvement, and mentoring your team to exceed customer expectations in a fast-paced aerospace environment.

Requirements

• Advanced degree + 3 yrs or bachelor's + 5 yrs or 9+ yrs in materials management, supply chain, or related field
• 3+ years of personnel management experience with formal direct reports
• Organized, self-driven, able to work independently
• Excellent communication and team-building skills
• Ability to lift 25 lbs, work extended hours, and provide 24/7 on-call support

Responsibilities

• Oversee material receipt, stow, pick, pack, and delivery to work centers
• Develop and monitor data-driven goals and metrics for material flow
• Lead and mentor team, ensuring safe work environment with zero OSHA recordables
• Ensure compliance with AS9100 and customer flow-down requirements
• Drive cost savings and process improvements
