💼 About This Role
You'll own and guide lifecycle marketing programs to deliver long-term growth through high-impact campaigns across email, push, SMS, and in-app messaging. You'll plan, build, and implement scalable programs that achieve growth targets while improving customer engagement. This hybrid role requires two days per week in our San Francisco office.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Develop and launch new lifecycle programs and optimize existing ones.
- Manage end-to-end execution of data-driven initiatives with stakeholders.
- Create highly-segmented customer journey flows with actionable triggers.
- Analyze campaign results and share performance updates and learnings.
📋 Requirements
- 5+ years experience in Lifecycle Marketing or CRM Operations.
- Proven success in creating omni-channel lifecycle strategies end-to-end.
- Proficiency with HTML, Liquid, and SQL.
- Expertise in lifecycle channel best practices including segmentation and deliverability.
✨ Nice to Have
- Experience with Braze or similar platforms.
- Strong copywriting and editing experience.
- Familiarity with machine learning models for personalization.
