💼 About This Role

You'll own and guide lifecycle marketing programs to deliver long-term growth through high-impact campaigns across email, push, SMS, and in-app messaging. You'll plan, build, and implement scalable programs that achieve growth targets while improving customer engagement. This hybrid role requires two days per week in our San Francisco office.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Develop and launch new lifecycle programs and optimize existing ones.
  • Manage end-to-end execution of data-driven initiatives with stakeholders.
  • Create highly-segmented customer journey flows with actionable triggers.
  • Analyze campaign results and share performance updates and learnings.

📋 Requirements

  • 5+ years experience in Lifecycle Marketing or CRM Operations.
  • Proven success in creating omni-channel lifecycle strategies end-to-end.
  • Proficiency with HTML, Liquid, and SQL.
  • Expertise in lifecycle channel best practices including segmentation and deliverability.

✨ Nice to Have

  • Experience with Braze or similar platforms.
  • Strong copywriting and editing experience.
  • Familiarity with machine learning models for personalization.
