You'll support daily operations at an award-winning apartment community, handling leasing, resident relations, and financial tasks. You'll collaborate with the Community Manager to maintain high occupancy and resolve resident concerns. This role offers a clear path to Community Manager through our Career Path Program.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Conduct apartment tours and guide prospects through leasing
• Oversee rent collection, payment posting, and delinquency follow-up
• Create social media content and promote resident events
• Step into leadership role in Community Manager's absence

📋 Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Two years of property management experience preferred
• Valid Driver's License
• Six months of assistant community manager experience preferred

✨ Nice to Have

• Certified Apartment Leasing Professional (CALP) accreditation
• Financial report interpretation skills
