🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead design and implementation of leadership programs
• Conduct needs assessments to identify skill gaps
• Facilitate training on communication, leadership, and team effectiveness
• Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback and metrics

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Org Development, or Adult Education
• 5+ years experience in Learning & Development or Org Development
• Experience facilitating workshops at various organizational levels
• Ability to travel frequently to mine sites
