You will lead and grow a team of Technical Account Managers, partnering with Stripe's largest and most strategic users to deliver exceptional user experiences. You will work closely with product, engineering, and go-to-market teams, set strategy, and drive operational results while fostering a coaching culture.
Requirements
- 15+ years professional experience, with at least 1 year in management
- Experience leading customer success, account, or technical account management teams
- Experience in finance or fintech
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills
- Strong operational background with data-driven decision making
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of TAMs to deliver exceptional user experience for strategic users
- Partner with senior stakeholders across product, engineering, go-to-market, and support
- Set segment strategy and drive accountability for revenue, user experience, and scalability goals
- Build a coaching culture and remove roadblocks to scale the business
- Maintain metrics and provide regular reporting on team performance
