You'll own full-cycle recruiting for technical and GTM roles at a venture-backed aerospace startup building autonomous flight technology. Your work directly enables hiring for hard-to-fill engineering positions in autonomy, embedded systems, and robotics to advance uncrewed aviation.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Manage full-cycle recruiting from intake to close for technical and GTM roles
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and hiring strategy
- Build candidate pipelines via LinkedIn, GitHub, referrals, and targeted outreach
- Conduct screens, manage interviews, drive offers including negotiation
๐ Requirements
- 4+ years of technical recruiting experience in agency or in-house
- Demonstrated success hiring for hard-to-fill engineering roles
- Strong sourcing skills and experience engaging passive candidates
- Ability to manage multiple roles and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
โจ Nice to Have
- Experience recruiting in aerospace, autonomous systems, or defense tech
- Familiarity with GNC, avionics, or flight systems roles
- Startup or high-growth company experience
