🎯 What You'll Do

• Define product design across multiple growth initiatives
• Rapidly design, prototype, and test new features
• Partner with UI stakeholders to drive design system strategy
• Provide mentorship to Product Designers

📋 Requirements

• 5–7 years as a Product Designer
• At least 2 years as a Staff Product Designer
• Proven growth design experience
• Experience with A/B testing and data analytics tools

✨ Nice to Have

• Familiarity with Amplitude, Mixpanel
• Curiosity about AI and emerging technologies
