💼 About This Role

You'll serve as the senior technical escalation point for Help Desk issues across identity, SaaS, and endpoints, while acting as the subject matter expert on Okta and the broader identity stack. This role is ideal for a senior IC who enjoys breadth—debugging a SAML claim in the morning and designing a new SaaS integration in the afternoon.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Serve as senior technical escalation point for Help Desk on identity, SaaS, MDM issues
• Act as subject matter expert on Okta and identity stack
• Design, configure, and maintain SaaS estate including Okta, Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom
• Evaluate, deploy, and govern AI-powered tools and build AI-assisted workflows
• Partner with automation and infrastructure specialists on scripts and low-code automations

📋 Requirements

• Senior-level experience as an IT systems or SaaS platform engineer
• Deep hands-on Okta administration (SSO, SCIM, group rules, auth policies)
• Experience administering and integrating Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, Atlassian, GitHub, AWS
• Proficiency in at least one scripting language (PowerShell, Python, or JavaScript)

✨ Nice to Have

• Okta Certified Administrator or higher
• Experience with IaC frameworks like Terraform
• Working knowledge of networking fundamentals and Zero Trust principles
