You'll lead the end-to-end design process for web and mobile initiatives using Figma to deliver production-ready designs. Core impact: collaborate with product managers and engineers to bring ideas from concept to launch, ensuring design consistency across platforms. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead feature design across web and mobile platforms.
• Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI in Figma.
• Collaborate with onshore and offshore teams for accurate implementation.
• Partner with analytics and product teams to measure usability impact.

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Designer or equivalent.
• Available portfolio showcasing design work and process.
• Expertise in Figma including components, auto layout, and prototyping.
• Strong understanding of responsive web and mobile design principles.
