💼 About This Role

You'll serve as the primary IT contact for a team of 140, ensuring smooth operations across Sales, Support, Marketing, and Tech. You'll manage onboarding and offboarding, handle Google Workspace and device management, and steadily automate repetitive tasks. This role offers a chance to grow into SRE/DevOps with hands-on mentorship.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage Google Workspace accounts and access permissions
• Set up and maintain Mac devices and MDM
• Handle IT onboarding and offboarding for new hires
• Write and update internal documentation in Notion

📋 Requirements

• First experience in IT support or helpdesk (internship/apprenticeship)
• MacOS environment proficiency
• Google Workspace administration knowledge
• English written fluency for documentation

• Familiarity with Tailscale, Slack, or similar tools
• Basic command line or scripting skills
• Interest in DevOps or automation
