You'll deliver expert-level technical support for Observe by Snowflake, an AI-powered observability platform. You'll troubleshoot complex issues, drive resolutions, and collaborate with engineering to improve performance. This role offers a chance to shape support processes and contribute to product evolution.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Deliver expert-level technical support via phone, email, and chat.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex platform and integration issues.
• Own and manage high-priority escalations to drive resolution.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and runbooks.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in technical support or customer-facing engineering role.
• Deep familiarity with Linux/Unix and modern networking concepts.
• Proficient in Python or Bash scripting.
• Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with OpenTelemetry (OTEL).
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes clusters.
• Experience with Terraform and CI/CD tools.
