Description
You'll own and operate the Amazon Relay Rewards program in the US, ensuring successful execution and cross-functional alignment. As the primary contact for Amazon stakeholders, you'll manage communications, escalations, and program optimization to drive customer engagement and operational excellence.
Requirements
- 7+ years in Customer Success, Program Management, or Enterprise Account Operations
- Proven experience managing large, complex enterprise customers in B2B SaaS or logistics
- Strong customer-facing presence and communication skills
- Ability to self-direct and execute in an ambiguous environment
- Excellent organizational skills managing multiple workstreams
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end execution of the Amazon Relay Rewards program
- Serve as day-to-day contact for Amazon stakeholders, managing communications and escalations
- Drive program readiness, launch coordination, and ongoing optimization across sales, onboarding, and support
- Lead customer-facing meetings and program updates
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across Sales, CS, Product, Ops, Finance, Support
