💼 About This Role

You'll deliver face-to-face rehabilitative programming services as part of the Integrated Substance Use Disorder Treatment Program (ISUDT) in a prison facility. Your work will directly support the rehabilitation and reentry of incarcerated individuals. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain experience in a therapeutic community setting while making a meaningful impact.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Facilitate group and individual counseling sessions using evidence-based practices.
• Develop and implement treatment plans for participants.
• Maintain accurate, confidential participant records and documentation.
• Collaborate with transition staff and institutional partners.

📋 Requirements

• 6 months of experience providing SUDT services as a certified AOD Counselor.
• Current AOD Certification recognized by DHCS or BBS registration.
• Understanding of substance abuse causes, symptoms, and effects.
• Operational knowledge of MS Office Suite.

• Experience with ARMS system.
• Knowledge of motivational interviewing and cognitive behavioral therapy.
