You'll design and optimize core People processes at a vertically integrated AI infrastructure company that is solving power bottlenecks for AI workloads. Your work will ensure data integrity across HCM, ATS, and other systems, creating a seamless employee experience as the company scales. This role stands out for its specialized operational focus rather than generalist HR duties.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and document core People processes end-to-end.
• Maintain data integrity across HCM, ATS, and other platforms.
• Develop change management plans for new programs and policies.
• Manage headcount tracking models for real-time accuracy.

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years experience in People Operations at high-growth tech company.
• Technical mastery of HRIS and ATS platforms (Rippling, Workday, Ashby, TeamOhana).
• Proven ability to drive cross-functional alignment with People, Finance, IT, and Exec leadership.
• Experience with headcount tracking models and workforce data management.

✨ Nice to Have

• PHR, SPHR, or SHRM-CP/SCP certifications.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) or process improvement certification.
• Experience leading an HRIS implementation.
