📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in creative, media, or marketing.
• 7+ years in creative services or digital production.
• 3+ years managing creative teams including hiring and coaching.
• Proficiency with generative AI tools and prompt engineering.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with AI-generated video, image, or interactive content.
• Hindi or another major Indian language.
• Experience with brand guidelines and AI content governance.
