💼 About This Role

You'll own the configuration, integration, and stewardship of Jane's business systems and tools, ensuring a coherent data architecture. You'll partner with functional leaders to make smart tool selection calls and build the integration layer that connects them. This role reports to the Head of Data & Systems and leads the Business Systems team in a scaling SaaS company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build a consolidated view of Jane's tools landscape
• Lead tool selection and procurement with functional leaders
• Own configuration and administration of business systems
• Build the integration and middleware layer between systems
• Own data ingestion and pipeline infrastructure

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years of professional experience in business systems or enterprise applications
• 4+ years leading teams (manager of managers preferred)
• Track record owning a business systems function at scale in a SaaS company
• Experience instrumenting source systems for a modern data warehouse (Snowflake, BigQuery)
• Direct experience implementing a major CRM (HubSpot or Salesforce)
