You'll lead a team of GenAI Art Directors and Creators, using our AI platform Pencil and other tools to deliver high-performing ads for global beauty brands. You'll push the boundaries of GenAI's potential, evolving our creative approach as technology advances. This role offers the chance to shape the future of GenAI-powered advertising for a global agency network.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead GenAI-driven creative excellence from brief to delivery
• Oversee end-to-end GenAI content creation including concept, copy, design, image/video generation
• Inspire, mentor, and develop a team of GenAI Art Directors and Creators
• Collaborate with account teams to interpret briefs and present GenAI solutions

📋 Requirements

• Experience working with global beauty or personal care brands
• Strong background in traditional advertising (non-AI)
• Proven hands-on expertise with GenAI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Midjourney, Adobe Firefly)
• Deep knowledge of GenAI techniques (prompting, model selection, multi-stage workflow integration)
