You'll support a mixed-age Montessori classroom, helping children ages 0-6 develop independence and confidence. Your role involves preparing beautiful learning spaces and supporting individual and small-group activities. You'll build warm relationships with children and families while collaborating with lead guides to create a strong classroom community.

📋 Requirements
