Description

You will drive adoption of our UNITY Fetal Risk Screen by building relationships with OBGYNs, MFMs, and genetic counselors across the Boston South/Rhode Island territory. This field sales role involves prospecting, managing the full sales cycle, and collaborating internally to shape how our diagnostic is communicated to physicians and patients.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of outside field sales in healthcare with direct provider calls
  • Proven sales track record with strong presentation and customer assessment skills
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented with strategic and tactical thinking
  • Working knowledge of HIPAA and patient privacy ethics

Responsibilities

  • Increasing utilization of UNITY Fetal Risk Screen through direct sales to OBGYNs, MFMs, and Genetic Counselors
  • Identifying and managing commercial relationships with key opinion leaders in medicine
  • Prospecting and cultivating new business while maintaining key relationships
  • Creating and implementing a strategic business plan for territory growth
  • Managing the full lifecycle of product sales including lead generation and attending conferences
