You'll serve as the primary post-sales contact for Banking & Insurance clients, managing relationships and ensuring delivery of value-added solutions. You'll coordinate with internal teams to enhance client experience and drive revenue growth. This role leverages essential data and analytics for business decision-making impact.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Serve as single post-sales support contact for customers
• Coordinate with Delivery, Onboarding, and Implementation teams
• Conduct Customer Value Touchpoints to document KPIs
• Facilitate customer training for diverse portfolio

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in sales, client service, or account management
• Proficient in SFDC, KPI, and BI Portal
• Strong knowledge of enterprise product line for business solutions
• Excellent written and verbal communication with high-level documentation

✨ Nice to Have

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred
• 3-5 years of project management experience
• Product certifications in Finance or Sales Solutions
