  • Partner with practice leaders to translate business objectives into people strategies
  • Advise on performance management, goal setting, and development planning
  • Address employee relations matters fairly and consistently
  • Coach managers on effective people management and decision-making

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 12+ years of progressive HR experience
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field
  • Working knowledge of employment laws and performance management
  • Professional services environment experience

  • Master's degree in HR or Business
  • Experience supporting revenue-generating client service teams
  • SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP or PHR/SPHR certification
