• Develop and manage strategic relationships with key distributor partners at the executive level
• Define and execute distributor strategies including goals, performance metrics, and incentive structures
• Lead regular business reviews ensuring actionable outcomes and continuous performance improvement
• Drive revenue growth through distributor channels by supporting demand generation and upsell opportunities

📋 Requirements

• Proven experience in channel sales, distribution management, or partner management within a 2-tier distribution model
• Strong background working with channel partners in technology or cybersecurity environments preferred
• Demonstrated success in driving revenue through indirect sales channels and managing partner ecosystems
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with experience engaging executive-level stakeholders
