🎯 What You'll Do

• Handle inbound calls from patients and partners.
• Coordinate with doctors to retrieve lab orders.
• Resolve patient issues in a timely manner.
• Update patients on appointment status.

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years of customer-facing experience with medical experience.
• Tech-savvy and able to maintain 12 tickets per hour.
• Experience processing or reading lab orders.
• Quiet home workspace and reliable internet.
