Description
You will lead commercial activities for Rocket Lab's propulsion product lines, driving sales growth and market expansion for electric propulsion systems and propellant tanks. You'll shape strategy, manage key accounts, and own revenue pipeline forecasting while collaborating with senior leadership.
Requirements
- Master's degree in aerospace engineering or related engineering field, or business
- 12+ years' experience in aerospace/defense industries working closely with contractors
- Strong background in satellite and propulsion products development and manufacturing
- Broad awareness of commercial and government satellite programs and industry standards
- Skilled in proposal development, writing, capture processes, and cost/technical proposals
Responsibilities
- Drive sales and market expansion for propulsion products to meet commercial targets
- Lead market and competitive analysis, pricing strategy, and sales forecasting
- Grow existing accounts and generate new opportunities by presenting capabilities
- Own revenue pipeline forecasting and drive bid/no‑bid decisions
- Manage end‑to‑end proposal planning and submission
