You'll own sourcing and supplier management for key components at a pioneering Sodium-Ion battery company. Your work will directly enable the transition from prototype to scaled manufacturing for grid-scale energy storage. You'll collaborate cross-functionally with engineering and manufacturing teams to drive cost and quality outcomes.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Source and manage suppliers for mechanical and electromechanical components.
• Drive supplier selection with engineering and manufacturing stakeholders.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and commercial terms with global suppliers.
• Resolve supply chain bottlenecks and ensure on-time delivery.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in global supply chain management or strategic sourcing.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering or supply chain, or equivalent experience.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes like sheet metal, stamping, or PCB assembly.
• Expertise in should cost modeling and cost breakdown analysis.
