🎯 What You'll Do

• Deliver virtual therapy to healthcare professionals via HIPAA-compliant video platform
• Use evidence-based practices such as EMDR, CBT, DBT, ACT, IFS
• Complete biopsychosocial assessments, diagnoses, treatment plans, and progress notes
• Incorporate measurement-based tools to monitor progress and improve outcomes

📋 Requirements

• Independent licensure in California as LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, or Licensed Psychologist
• EMDR training or certification and telehealth experience
• Minimum of 2 years post-licensure experience providing therapy to adults
• Availability for at least 10-15 hours per week

• Experience providing therapy to healthcare professionals or first responders
• Experience with CBT, DBT, ACT, IFS, or Gottman Method
• Familiarity with Google Workspace and digital scheduling tools
