Description

You will lead technical onboarding and implementation for SentinelOne's CNAPP product lines, securing customer workloads across AWS, Azure, GCP, and OCI. You'll serve as the primary SME for debugging complex environments including Kubernetes, OpenShift, and Serverless architectures while integrating security into CI/CD pipelines. As a strategic advisor, you'll develop customized project plans and playbooks that align cloud security architecture with business goals.

Requirements

• 7+ years in field services (professional services, pre-sales, support) in cybersecurity
• Deep understanding of AWS, Azure, GCP, OCI
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, Terraform, Minikube
• Proficiency in Python, PowerShell, or Bash
• Strong knowledge of security technologies, threat handling, incident response, SOC operations

Responsibilities

• Deliver implementation, enablement, and advisory for cloud products and technologies
• Troubleshoot and debug Kubernetes, AWS Serverless, OpenShift deployments
• Consult with customers to build architecture, success criteria, and project plans
• Advise customers on security best practices, platform management, and product usage
• Contribute to internal best practices and HOWTO documentation
