You'll support internal Customer Success operations through data cleanup, process improvement, and reporting at a leading payments technology company. This internship offers hands-on experience in fintech while working on real business initiatives.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Support data cleanup, organization, and reporting
• Assist with internal tools, trackers, and dashboards
• Document and streamline internal processes and workflows
• Analyze trends in internal requests and summarize insights

📋 Requirements

• Pursuing a bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, or related field
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Comfortable with spreadsheets and basic data analysis
• Ability to work onsite four days per week in Philadelphia
