You'll provide technical support for solar and battery systems at a fast-growing home electrification company. You'll diagnose issues, guide solutions, and monitor system performance to help Australians transition to cleaner energy.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide technical support and guidance to Customer Service teams on solar PV & battery systems.
• Troubleshoot system issues and recommend solutions.
• Liaise with manufacturers for technical support and warranty approvals.
• Monitor system performance remotely to identify issues or anomalies.

📋 Requirements

• 1-2 years experience in a technical support or similar role.
• Strong IT skills or technical aptitude.
• Data management experience with high attention to detail.
• Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
