You'll respond to maintenance requests, perform repairs, and prepare apartments for turnovers while ensuring safety and functionality of property equipment. You'll contribute to a superior customer experience in a collegiate environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Perform minor and routine maintenance/repair tasks
• Complete preventive maintenance assignments
• Prepare apartments for turnovers on schedule
• Document work performed and parts used

📋 Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to stand 8+ hours and lift up to 100 lbs
• CPO certification or intention to obtain within 6 months
