💼 About This Role

You'll lead the Identity team at Samba, an AI-powered media intelligence company, building cross-device identity resolution and data onboarding systems. Your core impact is driving execution and delivery of identity products for advertisers and partners at the intersection of privacy, data infrastructure, and advertising technology. You'll foster a culture of innovation and engineering excellence while partnering with Product and Data Science teams.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of engineers
• Own the technical roadmap for identity resolution and data systems
• Partner with Product Management to translate business requirements into technical plans
• Drive engineering best practices including code reviews, testing, and CI/CD

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years of software engineering experience
• 2-4 years in engineering management or team lead role
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP) and modern data infrastructure (Spark, Databricks, Kafka, Snowflake)
• Strong understanding of data privacy principles (GDPR, CCPA)

✨ Nice to Have

• Prior hands-on experience in machine learning engineering
• Background in managing systems that handle PII at scale
• Experience in ad tech, identity resolution, or data licensing
