💼 About This Role

You'll lead design for AI-powered workflows at Bloomreach, shaping how marketers interact with AI agents for campaign personalization. Your work will directly influence autonomous shopping and marketing experiences across a suite of enterprise products.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design end-to-end flows for AI-powered marketing workflows
• Collaborate on agentic/assistive UX patterns and guardrails
• Drive cross-functional discovery with PMs, engineers, and GTM
• Produce wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of product/UX design experience on web/SaaS products
• Strong collaboration skills with PMs, engineers, and designers
• Experience designing complex flows like workflows or automation
• Hands-on experience with AI tools in design or prototyping

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with marketing automation, CRM, or workflow products
• Experience with conversational interfaces or copilot UX
• Familiarity with design systems and component libraries
