💼 About This Role

You'll own the operational backbone of Slingshot AI's clinical research program, managing RCTs and real-world evidence studies from site activation through closeout. You'll work at the intersection of digital health and clinical evidence generation, helping build rigorous evidence for AI tools in mental health.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage operational execution of RCTs and pragmatic trials end-to-end
• Serve as primary operational contact with academic medical centers
• Coordinate research protocols with engineering and product teams
• Oversee IRB submissions, amendments, and regulatory compliance

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in clinical research operations or trial management
• Hands-on experience running RCTs or real-world evidence studies
• Strong knowledge of GCP, IRB processes, and HIPAA
• Experience managing multi-site research partnerships

✨ Nice to Have

• Familiarity with FDA regulatory pathways for AI/ML products
• Experience with pragmatic or adaptive trial designs
• Prior experience scaling research ops at a startup
