Description

As the Privacy Program Manager, you will support the growth, implementation, and management of Prove's global data privacy and governance strategy. You'll operationalize the privacy program by partnering with stakeholders across Information Security, Engineering, Product, and Legal to embed privacy-by-design and data governance principles into company processes. This is a high-impact role where you'll own the data subject request workflow, assist with audits, and drive process improvements.

Requirements

• 3-6 years in privacy program operations or related project management role
• Basic understanding of global privacy laws (CCPA/CPRA, PIPEDA, GDPR, LGPD)
• CIPP/US, CIPP/E, or CIPM certification preferred
• Experience with privacy management platforms and automated workflow tools preferred
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities in a remote, global environment

Responsibilities

• Assist CPO in implementing global data privacy and governance strategy
• Partner with stakeholders to incorporate privacy by design and data governance into processes and solutions
• Manage end-to-end DSR fulfillment workflow and draft documents for client inquiries
• Assist with internal/third-party audits of privacy controls and third-party risk reviews
