You'll partner with Fortune 500 enterprises driving sustainability transformation using Watershed's platform. You'll own strategic accounts, build executive relationships, and turn sustainability data into business leverage to drive retention and growth.

  • Own success for a small set of high-value customers, driving retention and growth
  • Build trusted executive relationships linking sustainability data to strategy
  • Lead planning and governance through roadmaps and executive reviews
  • Represent customer needs internally to shape product priorities
  • Navigate complex organizations and coordinate internal teams to deliver value

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 7+ years in enterprise SaaS as CSM, consulting, or solutions
  • Proven success building executive relationships and driving retention
  • Strong communicator with C-suite presence
  • Skilled in change management for large organizations
  • Commercially fluent partnering with Sales on renewals and growth

  • Experience with sustainability data or ESG reporting
  • Knowledge of Fortune 500 account management
