💼 About This Role

You'll paint and finish vehicles at Carvana's high-tech Inspection Center using state-of-the-art tools. You'll ensure every car meets quality standards before reaching customers. This role offers a $6,000 bonus and 100% company-paid healthcare.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Paint vehicles with base coats, tri-coats, solid, metallic, and clear coats
• Blend adjacent panels for seamless color matching
• Paint correct vehicles to remove imperfections
• Operate paint booth equipment and tools

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years professional automotive painting experience
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds independently
• Valid driver's license and at least 18 years old
• Pass background check and MVR check

• Prior work in a high-volume production environment
