📋 Requirements

  • 8+ years of full-cycle recruiting with executive hiring focus
  • Proven success recruiting for technical and business-critical roles
  • Strong sourcing and networking to engage passive executive talent
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

  • Experience recruiting for aviation, autonomy, or hardware engineering
