🎯 What You'll Do
- Lead end-to-end executive searches for Director, VP, and C-level roles
- Partner with executive leadership to define hiring strategy and candidate profiles
- Build pipelines through proactive sourcing, networking, and market mapping
- Drive exceptional candidate experience from outreach through offer close
📋 Requirements
- 8+ years of full-cycle recruiting with executive hiring focus
- Proven success recruiting for technical and business-critical roles
- Strong sourcing and networking to engage passive executive talent
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

- Experience recruiting for aviation, autonomy, or hardware engineering
- Background supporting global hiring initiatives
