πΌ About This Role
You'll own the vision and execution for encounter design on an unannounced multiplayer adventure title. You will define how player actions, enemy combatants, and environmental features combine into compelling, distinctive encounters that reward player agency and creativity across hand-authored and procedurally generated worlds. This role offers the chance to lead cross-disciplinary efforts with engineers, level designers, and technical artists to build procedural systems at scale.
π― What You'll Do
- Own vision and execution for encounter design in a multiplayer sandbox.
- Define principles for combining player actions, enemies, and environment.
- Lead cross-disciplinary teams to build procedural generation systems.
- Partner with systems designers to shape encounter difficulty and progression.
π Requirements
- Significant experience designing encounters for third-person action or multiplayer games.
- Deep understanding of player agency and encounter readability.
- Proven track record creating procedurally generated gameplay.
- Hands-on implementation skills with a systemic design process.

- Mobile design background, especially real-time action mobile games.
- Familiarity with cross-platform game design.
- Unity game engine knowledge.
