💼 About This Role

You'll drive consultative enterprise sales for Yoodli's AI roleplay platform, helping organizations master communication. Your core impact will be owning the full sales cycle—from discovery to close—using Challenger methodologies. This role offers high autonomy and a chance to shape the sales playbook at a fast-growing Series B company.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Own full-cycle sales for enterprise accounts.
  • Run deep, rigorous discovery to understand buyer challenges.
  • Lead multi-threaded sales motions across stakeholders.
  • Deliver compelling ROI-driven narratives.
  • Partner with RevOps, SEs, and CS for smooth handoffs.

📋 Requirements

  • 8+ years in B2B SaaS sales with consistent quota attainment.
  • High emotional intelligence to detect buyer apathy.
  • Skilled in MEDDIC or Challenger methodologies.
  • Treats pipeline and forecast like an operator.

✨ Nice to Have

  • Experience selling to GTM leaders (enablement, L&D, revops).
  • Familiarity with Gong, Outreach, Clay, or HubSpot.
  • Incorporating AI into sales workflows.
