Description

You will architect the operating system for Hex's Revenue organization, owning the tech stack end-to-end and collaborating with cross-functional teams to scale lead routing, quote to cash, and automation—ensuring data integrity and boosting seller productivity.

Requirements

• 3+ years Salesforce admin or Business Systems Analyst experience
• Deep Salesforce expertise in data model, automation, reporting, governance
• Proven ability to design scalable GTM processes and translate business requirements into system solutions
• Strong technical skills in iPaaS platforms and integrations
• Comfortable leading cross-functional projects and communicating with non-technical stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Own Salesforce architecture end-to-end for scalability and clarity
• Lead high-impact initiatives from discovery through deployment
• Design cross-functional systems supporting lead to revenue processes
• Integrate and optimize GTM tooling (Outreach, Gong, Hubspot) with Salesforce
• Collaborate on AI-driven initiatives for automation and insights
