💼 About This Role

You'll lead the FHIR4 Extract Pipeline, a batch/streaming data processing framework transforming healthcare data into FHIR R4 compliant resources. You'll collaborate with healthcare IT professionals, data scientists, and clinical experts to ensure real-time processing meets demanding requirements. This hybrid role is based in Noida.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and maintain distributed stream processing pipelines using Apache PySpark or Flink
• Ensure FHIR R4 compliance and healthcare data interoperability
• Optimize SQL queries and complex data transformations
• Implement real-time data streaming with Apache Kafka

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related technical field
• Strong experience with Apache PySpark or similar distributed stream processing frameworks
• Knowledge of FHIR R4 standards and healthcare data interoperability concepts
• Experience with Apache Kafka for real-time data streaming

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with PyFlink and Flink SQL
• Knowledge of healthcare compliance (HIPAA, PIPEDA)
• Familiarity with Palantir Foundry or Databricks
